| ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
| Spouse/Partner Registration MFA's spouse/partner registration is designed to allow significant others, not affiliated with the alternative investment industry, to join the conference festivities. Spouse registrants are invited to attend all sessions and events.

* Membership in MFA is individual. If your organization is listed as an "MFA member firm" and you are not able to register online, please contact Roscoe Butler to get added to your firm's roster.
Delegate badges must be worn and are required for all events.
Your Outlook 2011 registration includes entrance to keynote speakers, general sessions and workshops as well as to the breaks, breakfasts, luncheons and evening receptions. All conference attendees will receive onsite information regarding speakers, exhibiting companies and sponsors. Spouse registration includes admission to all events. Delegate badges are required for all events.
For immediate processing, online registration is the preferred method for all Outlook 2011 registrations. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, you must first complete the registration form. Your registration will not be activated until your payment is received at the MFA Office. This includes inclusion in the conference delegate list. Full payment must be received no later than October 10, 2011, 2011. Registration forms are available, please email conferences@managedfunds.org with your request.
Pre-Registration Closes October 10, 2011 If you register after October 10, 2011, please report to the Outlook 2011 Registration Desk. Onsite registration fees, noted above, will apply. For a registration form, please contact conferences@managedfunds.org.
Discounts for Sponsors If your firm is supporting Outlook 2011, you and your firm's colleagues are eligible for a special discounted rate. Please contact Stacy Hudson at 202.730.2600 for your registration source code.
**New Policy for Complimentary Conference Registrations If your company received a complimentary registration(s), you must register prior to October 10, 2011. After October 10, 2011, the number of complimentary registrations given will be available at $500 each whether you register online or onsite.
Spouse/Guest Policy If you intend to have your spouse accompany you to any of the networking events at Outlook 2011, including the cocktail reception, registration is required and you must pay the appropriate spouse/partner registration fee.
Advance Delegate List MFA is pleased to provide a list of registered delegates in advance of the Outlook2011 conference. All buy-side registered attendees, in addition to conference supporters, will receive the advance version of the conference delegate list gratis.
If you are not a buy-side attendee or Outlook 2011 supporter, you can obtain an advance delegate list for $350 via email. You must be a registered Outlook 2011 delegate in order to obtain the advance version. The first list will be emailed in mid-May and will be updated weekly.
The delegate list can be obtained by returning a Delegate List Order Form. This list contains contact details, phone numbers and email addresses.
This delegate list does not include Investors and others who request to remain anonymous.
Cancellation Requests Cancellation requests received by MFA in writing on or before September 16, 2011 entitle the registrant to a full refund, minus a $100 administration fee.
Cancellation requests received by MFA in writing between September 16, 2011 and October 10, 2011 entitle the registrant to a full refund, minus a $400 administration fee.
No refunds will be made unless the request is received in writing at MFA by October 10, 2011.
All cancellation requests will be processed and credited after Outlook 2011 concludes.
